Step 1: Add desired amout to warm water and soak skin;
Step 2: Gently massage onto foot and lower leg. Rinse thoroughly with water;
Step 3: Apply onto the foot and lower leg after wash and pat dry. Leave for 3-5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with water;
Step 4: Massage onto foot and lower leg until thoroughly absorbed.
