Put the undereye patches in the refrigerator, or clean cold water, for 20 minutes or more;
Tilt your head back and apply the silicone patches to clean skin;
Leave on for 5-10 minutes and chill out while they work its icy magic;
Wash the patches with light soap and water, towel dry and store them in the sealed bag.
